Below are important details about this offer.
What's included
Selected businesses receive a custom business website with:
- Up to 5 pages
- Mobile-friendly design
- Basic on-page SEO
- Links allowing visitors to call or email your business
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions
There is no upfront website design or development fee for the included work.
What's not included
The free build does not include:
- Ecommerce or online stores
- Contact forms
- Booking or scheduling systems
- Membership functionality
- Custom programming
- Third-party integrations
- Analytics setup
- Other advanced functionality
Additional functionality or services can be discussed separately and provided at our normal rates.
Website ownership
Once the design is complete and approved, the code is then handed off to the small business. Hosting can be provided to the business by Infacto Digital if needed.
Handoff and Hosting
There is no charge for the initial design and development of the website. When the design is complete, the code can be handed to the business for them to host anywhere they'd like.
However, selected businesses have the option to keep the website on our hosting and maintenance service for: $49/month or $379/year
Additional optional/required costs may include:
- Domain name: approximately $20/year if purchased through us, or you may use a domain you already own.
- Business email: not included. If desired, business email can be purchased through us or separately through a third-party email provider.
- Contact Form: not included, but available. It takes effort and technology to maintain a contact form on a website; up-front and monthly costs are variable based on your needs and quotes for this can be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Content
Selected businesses will complete a questionnaire providing information about their business, services, customers, branding, and ideas for the website.
Businesses may also provide logos, photos, and other materials they would like incorporated into the site.
Revisions
The free website build includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Requests beyond those three rounds, significant changes to the original project, or work outside the included scope may be quoted separately at our normal rates.
Communication requirement
Both Infacto Digital and the selected business agree to respond to project-related communication within 72 hours.
If either party fails to respond within 72 hours, the free website agreement may be considered canceled unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Up to two businesses will be selected at the sole discretion of Infacto Digital based on project fit, available resources, and other factors we consider relevant.
This is not a random drawing or sweepstakes.
Video review and case study
As a condition of participating, selected businesses agree to provide an honest selfie-style video review describing their experience working with Infacto Digital after the initial website project is completed.
The review does not have to be positive. We ask only that it honestly reflect your experience.
Selected businesses also give Infacto Digital permission to feature the website and project as a case study, including use of the business name, website screenshots, project details, results, and provided review in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials.
When applicable, Infacto Digital may disclose that the website build was provided at no charge.
No guaranteed results
Basic SEO is included, but no specific results are guaranteed.
Infacto Digital does not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or any other business outcome resulting from the website.
Additional work
Anything outside the scope described above can be discussed and quoted separately at our normal rates.
You are not required to purchase any additional services beyond the required hosting and maintenance subscription to participate.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you understand that the website build itself is free, but an ongoing hosting and maintenance subscription of $29/month or $199/year is required to keep the website active.
