What does Infacto Digital actually do?

We are a small-business technology team. That means websites that create customers, CRM implementation so follow-up does not die in a text thread, managed IT so the stack stays calm, and AI systems only after the human version of a workflow already works.

Do I need a new website or better follow-up?

If strangers cannot tell what you sell or how to reach you, start with the website. If the phone already rings and jobs still fall through, start with CRM and process. We will tell you which problem is first. Buying both at once is how projects stall.

How long does a website project take?

It depends on how much content and proof you already have. A focused small-business site is weeks, not a year, when decisions are available. We would rather ship a converting first version than polish a ghost project.

How do you charge?

We scope the work after we understand the bottleneck. There is no public menu of mystery packages. The discovery call exists to decide whether we should even send a proposal.

Where do you work?

Remotely and on-site. Public case work is in Enid, Oklahoma; Northeast Arkansas; Northwest Arkansas; and Memphis. If you are elsewhere and the work is a fit, say so on the contact form.

Will you build AI for my whole company?

No. We automate one proven workflow at a time. If nobody on your team can do the job by hand today, a model will not save it. Read our note on proving the human version first.

Are you a replacement for an in-house IT hire?

For many operators, yes—that is the managed IT offer. You get helpdesk, vendor management, and a grown-up plan without adding payroll and recruiting. If you later hire internally, the systems should still make sense.

Do you take every industry?

We do our best work for operators with a real offer: home services, trades, local organizations, and businesses that need the technology to match the job. We do not build thin city pages for markets we have not served.
