How to Use the UTM Parameter Generator
- Open the UTM Parameter Generator:
- Navigate to the webpage where the UTM Parameter Generator is hosted.
- Fill in the Domain:
- Enter your domain in the "Domain" field.
- Example: https://example.com
- Enter the Campaign Source (utm_source):
- Fill in the "Campaign Source" field with the source of the traffic.
- Example: google, newsletter
- Enter the Campaign Medium (utm_medium):
- Fill in the "Campaign Medium" field with the marketing medium.
- Example: email, cpc, banner
- Enter the Campaign Name (utm_campaign):
- Fill in the "Campaign Name" field with the name of the campaign.
- Example: summer_sale
- Enter the Campaign Term (utm_term):
- Fill in the "Campaign Term" field with paid search keywords.
- Example: running+shoes
- Enter the Campaign Content (utm_content):
- Fill in the "Campaign Content" field with the content in the button that the user clicked.
- Example: buy_now, learn_more
- Generate the UTM URL:
- Click the "Generate UTM URL" button to create the UTM parameters.
- View the Generated URL:
- The generated URL with UTM parameters will be displayed below the form in the "Generated URL" section.
- Copy the Generated URL:
- Copy the generated URL and use it in your marketing campaigns to track the effectiveness of different traffic sources and marketing strategies.

If you fill out the fields as follows:
- Domain: https://example.com
- Campaign Source: google
- Campaign Medium: cpc
- Campaign Name: summer_sale
- Campaign Term: running+shoes
- Campaign Content: "Buy Now"
The generated URL might look like: https://example.com?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=summer_sale&utm_term=running+shoes&utm_content=Buy%20Now
Persistence of Values
